Sugar Defender Dosage Chart: 1 mL a Day, Mapped Out
A Sugar Defender dosage chart has one row for adults: 1 mL a day, or as a healthcare professional directs. One 60 mL bottle holds 60 servings, so it lasts about 60 days. The order page counts 30 days a bottle, which would need 2 mL, so we follow the label.

The chart01
What does the Sugar Defender dosage chart say?
The Sugar Defender dosage chart is short, because the label gives one dose: "Adults, take 1mL a day or as directed by a healthcare professional."
No second tier exists for weight, age or blood sugar level. The label prints no time of day, no mixing step and no drop count. One full dropper is about 1 mL.
| Who | Amount | How often | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Adults | 1 mL (about one full dropper) | Once a day | Bottle directions |
| Under 18 | Not intended for use | None | Bottle warning |
| Pregnant, nursing or on medication | Ask a physician first | Per physician | Bottle warning |
The math02
How many servings are in a Sugar Defender bottle?
A Sugar Defender bottle holds 60 servings. The bottle is 60 mL (2 fl oz) and a serving is 1 mL.
Take one serving a day and the bottle lasts about 60 days. Take two and it lasts about 30. The label supports the first, not the second.
A quick example helps. Start a fresh bottle on the first of the month. At 1 mL a day, you finish it about two months later, with no bottle left over for a second daily dose. If the bottle runs dry in one month, you took double the label amount.
Each 1 mL serving lists 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg herbal blend. The label may hide single amounts under the proprietary blend rule (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). An even split across 22 ingredients is about 9 mg each. Dose more, and you add every ingredient, including caffeine from guarana and green tea.
The packs03
How many days does each Sugar Defender pack last?
At the label dose, 2 bottles last about 120 days, 3 bottles about 180 days and 6 bottles about 360 days.
Those numbers matter when you plan a budget. A 6-bottle pack costs $294 in one payment, and the per-day cost depends on the pace you actually use. We use the label pace throughout.
The order page prints different day counts: 60, 90 and 180 days for the same three packs (Sugar Defender sales and order pages). That pace matches 2 mL a day, not 1 mL.
| Pack | Per bottle | Days at 1 mL (label) | Cost a day at 1 mL | Cost a day at 2 mL pace |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $79 | 120 | about $1.32 | about $2.63 |
| 3 bottles | $69 | 180 | about $1.15 | about $2.30 |
| 6 bottles | $49 | 360 | about $0.82 | about $1.63 |
| Pack | 2 bottles | 3 bottles | 6 bottles |

| Bottles | 2 | 3 | 6 |
| Total mL (servings) | 120 mL (120) | 180 mL (180) | 360 mL (360) |

The limit04
Is there a higher dose on any dosage chart?
No. Sugar Defender has no loading dose, no stronger tier and no label step above 1 mL a day.
Any chart that shows more, or that counts "drops", is not from the bottle. We never advise more than the label. Caffeine is one reason: FDA cites 400 mg a day as a level not generally linked to harm for most healthy adults, and this label prints no caffeine amount (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?).
A dosage chart for a supplement never replaces your prescription. If you take diabetes medicine, ask your doctor before you start the drops.
The daily routine is laid out on the how to take Sugar Defender page.
FAQ05
Dosage chart questions
Is there a Sugar Defender dosage chart by weight?
No. The label gives one adult dose, 1 mL a day, with no weight bands. Anyone told to take more or less should hear it from a healthcare professional, as the label allows.
How many mL of Sugar Defender equals one full dropper?
About 1 mL. The label counts no drops, so measure by volume and treat one full dropper as one serving. Check the dropper against a 1 mL oral syringe if you want to be sure.
How much does one Sugar Defender dose cost?
At the label's 1 mL a day, a dose costs about $1.32 on the 2-bottle pack, $1.15 on 3 bottles and $0.82 on 6 bottles, based on the order page prices.
Why does the order page show 30 days for one Sugar Defender bottle?
The order page counts 30 days a bottle, which fits 2 mL a day. The bottle's own label says 1 mL a day and 60 servings, so by the label a bottle lasts about 60 days.
