You may. The brand's return-policy page asks for a return number (RMA) by email to [email protected] before you send anything back.
That page also says to ship the return within 14 days of getting the RMA. A late parcel could be refused.

What does the Sugar Defender guarantee not cover?
The Sugar Defender guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fees, return postage, or claims made after day 60.
On a 2-bottle pack, the shipping you paid at checkout is not refunded. On 3 or 6 bottles to the US, outbound shipping was free, so the deduction is smaller.
